Rasmalai Cake

Each layer of this cake is infused with Rasmalai milk and topped with pieces of Rasmalai. I use a whipped frosting infused with cardamom & saffron to frost the cake. The cake is decorated with dried rose petals, more Rasmalai pieces & sliced pistachio.
